Studies on the Safety Assessment of Astragali Radix Extract solution for Herb - acupuncture

Abstract
|
|
|
This experiment was carried out to study on the safety assessment of Astragali Radix herb-acupuncture extract solution manufactured by "Water-Alcohol method". Mice were used for acute toxicity test.
The results were summarized as follows.
1. There were no abnormal findings in acute toxicity test treated with Astragali Radix herb-acupuncture extract solution per os.
2. LD_(50) in acute toxicity test could not measured.
According to the above results, Astragali Radix herb-acupuncture extract solution manufactured by "Water-Alcohol method" did not show abnormal finding in acute toxicity test.
